 What is a “Restaurant- Bistro”? Let's ask chef and owner Michel Boucher. “Le Bouchon”, he emphasizes in his lovely Gallic accent, “is not as formal as a traditional French restaurant, but not as casual as the bistros that can be found all over France either. It's somewhere in-between. I want people to feel comfortable, enjoying great cuisine in a pleasant and relaxing environment.”
Opened on April 15, 2003, this addition to the area's culinary line-up was welcomed by many local connoisseurs.
Le Bouchon was also well received by the media (see North County Times and San Diego Union Tribune).
There is a Lunch Menu, served from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM, and a Dinner Menu, served from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Both are available from Tuesday through Saturday.
